Delete your Ervun account
You can ask us to permanently delete your Ervun account and its associated data at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.
How to request deletion

In the Ervun app (fastest)
Open Settings, scroll to the Danger zone, tap Delete my account, and type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

By email — works without the app
Email support@ervun.com from the email address on your Ervun account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We use your sender address to verify the request.

What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete:
- Your account and owner profile (email and login credentials);
- All enrolled devices, and their access is revoked immediately;
- Your encrypted vault items (screenshots, webcam captures) and transferred files;
- Device chat messages and command history;
- The link between your account and your subscription entitlement.
Uninstall the agent too. Deleting your account revokes each device’s access immediately, but does not uninstall the Ervun agent already on your PCs. To remove it fully, uninstall Ervun Agent from Windows (Settings → Apps).
What may be retained, and for how long

We retain only what applicable law requires or what is needed to prevent abuse, and we delete it once that purpose is met.
Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your Ervun account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel it in your Google Play (or Apple) account subscription settings, or it will keep billing.
How long it takes
Deletion from the app is immediate and permanent. Email requests are actioned within 30 days, and we confirm by email when complete. If we need to verify your identity first, we’ll contact you at your account email address.
